Job Description

POSITION: Hospice RN
LOCATION: Rutland, VT 05701
DURATION: 13 weeks of contract with possible extension
SHIFT: M-F 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $60-$66/hour

Responsibilities:

Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of Vermont
Active BLS certification
At least 2 years of Hospice experience required
